Last night I was blessed with a wonderful opportunity... two and a half hours of chasing Gregory all over the place while his buddy Asher sat playing, perfectly behaved. I was on kid duty while Lyric and her friend Jess went to some progressive dinner marathon Relief Society chat fest. :-) After my brief experience with double duty I now realize why moms need (and deserve) breaks like they had last night.
Dad chasing Gregory all over the apartment = Dad realizing he's totally out of shape.

That will do it. When Becky was in young womens I would stay home with Audrey and I always wondered how Becky did all day when I couldn't handle it for an hour and half.
I hope you told her as much when she got home! Way to be a supportive husband!
